Session I

Session I will examine how the Occupational Therapy Practice Framework (2nd ed.) provides a unifying structure that reflects the established core and fluid expansion of occupational therapy, and focuses practice on "supporting health and participation in life through engagement in occupation".

Session II

Session II will investigate how occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants can work collaboratively to deliver effective occupational therapy services. Specifically, they will learn how to use the Occupational Therapy Practice Framework with AOTA guidelines and Nevada regulations to direct their practice decisions and professional interactions.
