One is for a Nevada Licensed OT with a minimum of 5 years experience and the other is for a Public Member with an interest in Occupational Therapy. Contact the Board office for more details. ALERT REGARDING FRAUDULENT CALLS

Licensees have reported receiving fraudulent calls from the Board office telephone number. The caller is stating that there is action against the license and a case has been opened. These calls are spam and should not be responded to. Board staff will identify themselves by name when contacting a licensee, and any "suspension" or "revocation" of a license will be by Board Order only. Please do not provide these individuals with any of your personal information.Changes to Fee Schedule
